A short story...
The name Marey comes from "mare" meaning "pond".
Forest, limestone’s quarries, little red fruits, blackcurrant, and of course wine of Hautes-Côtes de Nuits (appellation from 1961) set up the history of Marey-les-Fussey.
Thanks to the sunshine on the hills, wines are fruity.
Located at 400 meter high, Marey-les-Fussey offers a wonderful view on the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits.
